Personalised travel experiences for you.

Lighten your load.
You love travelling but planning feels like yet another thing on the never-ending to-do list. I get it.
Let me take it off your plate.
-
Dream it.
You've got the wanderlust but no clue where to start, whether it's safe with kids, or what's actually worth doing.
That's where I come in.
-
Make it yours.
You want the real stuff, not the tourist-trap version. Off-the-beaten-path, unforgettable, the kind of trip your kids will actually remember.
What I do
I am a travel planner. I am an avid traveller. I am a mum.
I research and plan your family trip using my local expertise and years of on-the-ground experience. I've been living in Portugal since 2021 and have travelled extensively across Europe, the Americas and beyond with my own two kids.
I don't book travel, which means every recommendation is 100% unbiased and tailored to your family. You get all the tools you need to book it yourself, with confidence.
How does it work?
I don't charge per person (hello families of 6, grandparents and more!).
You pick the package that suits you best (see below).
You book a call with me. During the booking process, you'll answer a few questions about your travel wishes, your budget and what matters to your family so I can prepare properly.
We get on a Zoom call and I dig into what your family actually needs. This is where the good stuff starts.
I deliver your itinerary or notes within the set time frame.
Follow-up support and adjustments depend on the package you've booked.
Not sure which package is right for you? Email me at hello@passportsdetours.com and I'll point you in the right direction.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"I was quite impressed with the professionalism and level of detail included in the itinerary. There are many tips and useful information that I would never have found or thought of on my own, which gave me peace of mind, as this is my first trip to Europe." — Bethany
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"We are here now and loving it but I really wish I had found you sooner! We used travel planners that did not take our young kids into account at all. We've already cancelled all of our restaurant reservations and heavily modified our itinerary 2 days in." — Anonymous client
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"We are a family of 6 who just came back from an epic 2 weeks in Portugal! Thank you so much for working with us and being available for advice and questions while we were there. You are phenomenal. 'What would Annabelle suggest' is going to be my new motto!" — Gihan
FAQs
-
I specialise in Portugal for families, and it's where my expertise runs deepest. But I've travelled extensively across Europe (France, Germany, UK), the Americas (Brazil in particular), the Middle East and North Africa, and I plan trips to destinations I haven't visited myself all the time. I research thoroughly (it's genuinely one of my favourite things to do) and I have a large multicultural network to draw on. If you're wondering whether I can help with a specific destination, just ask.
-
Not at all. I can plan a camping road trip just as happily as a two-week holiday. My recommendations are always tailored to your budget, whatever that looks like.
-
Families who lack the time or energy to plan, who feel overwhelmed by choice, or who want to see a place beyond the resorts and tourist traps. If you'd rather your kids remember a farm stay in the Alentejo than a queue at a crowded attraction, we'll get along well.
-
As early as you can. I deliver itineraries within 2 weeks of our call, so ideally book your session at least a month before your trip. For peak summer travel, I'd recommend getting in touch 2 to 3 months ahead, as my calendar fills up.
-
Brilliant. Bring what you've got. A Pick My Brains or Strategy Session is perfect for sense-checking your plans, filling in gaps, or getting a local perspective on what you've already put together.
-
Yes. I approach every trip the way I'd plan my own family's holiday: with thorough research, trusted local contacts, and an obsessive attention to what actually works with children. I'm always honest about what I know first-hand and what I've researched.
